Classroom Yoga

Yoga is a powerful tool to help with self-regulation in a school setting. I focus on breath control and stretching sequences that can be practiced in the classroom without disruption. In-services for faculty are also available, so teachers can use yoga throughout the day to improve learning and engagement.

Whether you are working through a physical, emotional or mental block, yoga can help gain more agency over your mind and body - whether it's through movement or stillness.

Corporate Wellness

Teambuilding and wellness all wrapped into one, 60 minute session. Morning, noon or at closing, I will lead an invigorating yoga practice to increase productivity and boost morale.
